The helmet is just fine but I wear a XXL in HJC full face helmets and a XL in most others. This one is a little tight as an XXL and the chin strap is a little short as I have to pull it pretty hard just to get enough to go around the clasps. Otherwise, I am happy with the product.

The was damage part of it was hanging lose when taken out of the box. I would not recommend to buy a helmet which it is damage it compromise its savety.
